Really good Stay Amidst Nature

I appreciated the fast WhatsApp service for all requests. The staff kept my luggage after checkout and offered shower facilities. The resort grounds were expansive and well-kept with tropical gardens (a peaceful experience).
The rooster sounds were frequent, starting early, though earplugs were provided.

The location is set in the hilltops (which makes it unique). It is only 5 minutes from the busy part of the area. I found this balance very convenient.

I found my stay somewhat underwhelming. The bathroom had issues, specifically the shower. The water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. This made showering unpleasant. the minibar was not adequately stocked upon arrival. I expected more attention to detail considering the hotel's rating.

The staff ensured all guests were relaxed. Everything was taken care of . The golf cart chauffeur service was available when needed. Calming music played, and lighting created a relaxing atmosphere.
The gym was a bit small. It had only two treadmills.
